TaxBack iPad mini giveaway, official rules

No purchase necessary. Buying anything from TaxBack does not improve your chances of winning. Entering is free, and so is the home report you receive for entering.

Who can enter. Legal residents of Illinois who are 18 or older at the time of entry and who enter a Cook County, Illinois home address. TaxBack staff, contractors, and their immediate households are not eligible.

How to enter. Submit the entry form at taxbacknow.com/expo with your full name, email address, and Cook County home address, and agree to these rules. One entry per household and one entry per email address. Extra entries from the same household are disqualified. Entries open during the expo and close when the winner is drawn.

Prize. One (1) Apple iPad mini, approximate retail value $499. No cash substitute. TaxBack may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Any taxes on the prize are the winner's responsibility.

Winner selection and notice. One winner is chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries. The winner is announced November 4, 2026 and notified by email at the address they entered with. If the winner does not respond within seven days, or is found ineligible, an alternate is drawn. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

Your information. Your name, email, and address are used to run the drawing, to prepare your free home report, and, if you agreed, to email you about that report. We never sell your data. See the privacy policy.
